Disposable vape has 12 months warranty after shipment except human factors.
All the products are strictly checked before packaging to ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
For defective products or damaged goods during transportation, we will send replacements in your next order. If the defect rate is over 1%, all defective products should be returned for replacements.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping of return, and seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.

3. Payment terms: 40% deposit + 60% balance before shipping.
4. Production time: 15 working days after receiving the deposit and confirming all customized design files.

Q3: What details can be customized for OEM orders?

We will guide you on the necessary assembly line machinery (filling, smoking, sealing, film cutting, and heat shrink machines) and provide step-by-step setup guides to resolve production issues.

Q5: How are the goods packed and protected for shipping?

1. Candy bags are used to reduce leakage risks during transit.
2. Individual packaging and display boxes with heat-shrink wrap to avoid moisture and damage.
3. Shipped in 5-layer extra-strong corrugated outer cartons.
4. Upright labels are pasted on cartons, and free pallets are provided for large bulk orders to facilitate unloading.

Q6: Do you have TPD certification for the European market?

Some models are pre-certified with TPD under our brand. However, since TPD requires registration for every specific brand, flavor, and configuration, we assist customers in applying for TPD registration under your own company name once the OEM order is confirmed.
